Use of the platform

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans, limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card data. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant RiskBases the right to process your data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process such data.

Acceptable use

You may not use RiskBases for unlawful activities, security testing without permission, or to interfere with the platform’s operation. We may suspend accounts for violations.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but downtime may occur for maintenance or factors outside our control.

Disclaimer

RiskBases provides decision support. Outputs are not guarantees. You remain responsible for project decisions, planning, and risk management.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiskBases will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
